I got tired of looking for a hotel. I got no help from the hotel or from anyone else I spoke to Make My Trip customer care but did not get any positive result

This stay at amrta hotel nagpur was literally cheating with customers with no value for money. for the hotel where somebody offline would prefer to pay hardly rs. 2000. Poor infrastructure with 3. 5k without breakfast is literally a joke. The worst part is the amount is non-refundable even if you wish to cancel the booking. See the safety in the rooms.

Hotel amrita doesn't have room service, house keeping service in the night & morning 5. 30am. Don't have hot water so we take bath with cold water and leave for pune in the morning 6 am. Security takes money from two members separately for car washing.
